Ana holds a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and has trained extensively in leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, coherence practices, and human systems transformation.
She is affiliated with organizations and leadership communities including Pathos Leadership Institute, HeartMath Institute, the Inner Development Goals Panama Leadership Network, and the Penn & Wharton communities.
